Engineers were being promoted into managerial and leadership positions without being prepared for these new responsibilities. The company needed to develop this potential throughout the engineers career so that they were prepared for managerial roles.
JFA designed and implemented a customized Full Circle Feedback process to assess the managerial and leadership development needs in 55 key competency areas of participants in the Leadership Development Program.
The feedback process participants had a clear picture of their development priorities. The company had an overview of the development needs of the entire group that allowed more targeted and efficient use of development resources. Since the initial administration the Full Circle Feedback has measured development progress of individual program participants.
