of participants in the Leadership Development Program. |

feedback process participants had a clear picture of their development priorities.
The company had an overview of the development needs of the entire group
that allowed more targeted and efficient use of development resources. Since
the initial administration the Full Circle Feedback has measured development
progress of individual program participants. |
