Norman Bendiksen has extensive management experience in analysis, development, and support of large-scale administrative and accounting systems. He has managed staffs and budgets as large as 45 people and $10 million, respectively. He ran his own desktop publishing production and consultation company for six years. Over a 12 year period he served as manager of planning and integration for systems development and manager of management and technical support services for ARCO Oil and Gas, as well as filling other positions in systems areas.

At JFA Norman is responsible for all management and production systems, proposal development, and documentation.
